The initial site visit in Salt Lake City and nearby areas is free. Projects that require technical studies are quoted separately.
Who buys the materials?
Either you or we can. If you prefer to buy them, we provide a list with quantities and specs for each phase.
How long does a remodel take?
It depends on size and scope. The timeline is set in the schedule after the site visit and material selection.
Do you handle HOA approvals?
We prepare the technical documents required by your HOA and follow the building's construction rules.
What if I change something mid-project?
We log the change, price the difference, and adjust the schedule before moving forward.
