How care works here

  1. First visit

We talk through your history, routine, labs, and habits, plus a physical assessment and body composition scan.

  2. Meal plan

Delivered through an app, with a flexible menu, shopping list, and simple recipes.

  3. Follow-up

We review what worked and what needs to change, then adjust the plan together.
