Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need experience to start?
No. Training starts at your current level and progresses gradually, with guidance on every exercise.
How many times a week should I train?
It depends on your routine and goals. Most clients train two to four times a week, and we decide together during the assessment.
Do you provide meal plans?
No. Nutrition guidance comes from a registered dietitian. If it's helpful, I can recommend professionals in the Seattle area to work with you.
Can I try a trial session?
Yes. Book through text and we'll set up the location and time for your first session.
Do seniors need medical clearance?
We ask for a medical evaluation before starting, especially for clients with health conditions or ongoing medication.
