Registering the domain is paid separately, directly with a domain registrar. On the Free plan, sites go out with a "Made with Hyperpin" badge.

No. Each payment unlocks 30 or 365 days of access, and nothing is charged again unless you ask for it. We email you 7 days and 1 day before it expires. If you don't renew, the account reverts to the Free plan's limits. Your projects stay saved, editable and exportable, and paid features come back instantly when you renew.
